Standards going down hill very rapidly. Have now stopped selling "My Pets" cat food (12 pack). This was the ONLY food my cat would eat. I then tried Felix, but to no avail. So, I tried Felix "As Good As It Looks". This, my cat would eat. However, when I went in recently they have stopped selling the 12 packs. So, am now LUMBERERED buying the 40 pack, which I do NOT want (and they DO work out slightly more expensive than buying the 12-pack). However, directly next door, Iceland have it for exactly the same price of £11. So, Home Bargains do not appear to have cheaper prices anymore. Their standards really HAVE slipped recently. Let's have the good selection we are used to, otherwise you'll end up deterring customers. In fact, no longer do I make a beeline for Home Bargains. I now look at OTHER places as I have noticed a big difference in standards and prices over recent months. In fact, I am not the only one commenting on these things. Another criticism is that some shelf fillers tend to want to work side-by-side (or nearby to their colleagues) so they can chat. This puts me off asking for help as you feel as thought you are interrupting them. Come on, you do not need to be on the same aisle as one another. Space yourselves out. SOME of them seem as though they are little lost sheep and who seem incapable of working by themselves without their colleagues nearby. Seems like the slippery-slope for Home Bargains. Not the stores they USED to be.

Just bought loads of dinnerware from Penistone Road, Sheffield. Assistant helped me by getting a box, wrapping individual plates etc, taking it to till and then he even offered to take it to my car, which he did and put in my boot! Thank you very much - that was excellent service and you deserve to know that I appreciated every bit of it!
