Staff need more training i was trying to find a product I wanted to be told they don't sell it by 2 staff members. To only find it on next aisle. Technical knowledge is also very low on basic problems and trying to order for delivery from store to home is a joke.  Other than than bnq is good and convenient if you know where to look for what you want .

Went for plasterboard angle beads had a hard job to find 2 that wasn't bent. And twisted luckily  was 2 long enough where i could cut the bad bits off and was onlt 2 till s on queues down shop and 1 was waiting ages for a bar code so annoying

Always find a way to disappoint. Sold me Valspar tester pots of a type which they don't even have in stock. Craig then proceeded to state that Valspar had nothing to do with B&Q. Ok Craig... They are only your largest paint supplier.

Always a bloody que with 1-2 tils open staff are few and far between but are always very helpful and polite when found all in all good store
