Just wanted to let the management team know what a Fantastic Store this is. The store is always well stocked and clean. The staff are the best I have ever come across in any store! They are friendly and cheery to everyone and without exception they go the extra mile. They help me to the car when I have logs if I need help and if looking for something they go through the back or check shelfs for you. Huge thank you to all the staff for doing an exceptional job.

Great wee store cheap with some items but a good viraety recommend to anyone who hasn’t been yet
Love this store , Very clean and well stocked too . Lots of different choice on loads of products. Very fair prices too . The store is lgbtq friendly which I love and the staff are absolutely fantastic especially Joanne who keeps everything running so smooth and always wears the loveliest smile . The Staff are the friendliest group I've ever met , I use hermiston Gait , Livingston but bathgate beats them all hands down due to its lay out and honestly the staff knowledge and friendliness. It's probably one of the only shops my Autistic son actually likes too go in to maybe due too there great hot wheels selection. Amazing wee place , Too Jason , Tracey , Joanne and Anne keep up the great work and happiness .
Great customer service and super value!!! Bought them out of their Skinny Whip bars as I have been unable to get them in my Home Bargains store in Kilmarnock!!!
