Appalling in almost every way. To go into detail would seem like I've got a vendetta, which I haven't. If you've got money and time to waste, buy here, otherwise go down the road to Lidl and get better food.

Food is really nice and every cooked sandwiches are made to order so prepare for a bit of a wait.

This is a throwback to when bakeries were proper and baked everything on site. Although the whole place looks like it needs a makeover and a timer is needed on the baked items eg pies and tarts are well done to burnt. The sandwiches are excellent and I think here is why they still do business. Staff are indifferent to rude and little or no effort is made to clean up the place.
