It is IMPOSSIBLE get through to the booking line. Then you have to walk into the surgery to make an appointment under the forced condition that you have to tell the receptionist what the problem is for why you need to see a doctor! So embarrassing and upsetting, what happened to patient confidentiality? And then for them to snigger when I say what the problem is... disgusting. I will be complaining higher than this as it is not fair on anybody to have to be treated like this.

The doctors and staff are all lovely. The issue is they tell you to start calling at half 8 to trh and get a same day appointment, but you can never get through, just a busy dial tone. Ive been trying all week

40 min and still not able to get through to speak to anybody just keep getting the unavailable tone
