Dr are wonderful . The management and access is not fit for purpose eventually had to leave due to difficulty in getting an appointment. Has gone even further downhill since CRH involvement!!!

Absolute rubbish. On the phone for 40 minutes only to be told no appointments. After reiterating I desperately needed a blood test appointment I was told to come in to the surgery. After going to the surgery to make an appointment I was told to ring up again. Worst doctors I have ever had the misfortune of using. I cannot wait to return home to a decent surgery with polite staff.

Doctors are fantastic, phoning up to make an appointment is a joke, phoning using a mobile phone costs anything between £10 and £18 an even then when you get down to que 1 then phone goes dead it's an absolute joke,

Very rude staff and with someone with an ongoing illness that needs help every so often this place is horrendous. Let's hope they get some new reception staff as they are the ones that know it all!!

took me 3 months to get an appointment, you are always put on hold in a queue for 20 mins and then when you get through no appointments available , cannot book for nexr day and have to phone everyday to be told no appointments cost an abserloute fortune over 3 months
