The bloke has a bad attitude refusing to walk 2-3 feet the the side of the counter to scan a evri receipt which is where the evri printer is. And where the parcels are left.
Holystone filling station have a parcel return service, never having used before was a little confused! To say the least. Their was a fantastic young lady called Bernie who was an amazing help.. Such a positive experience with amazing customer service.. So a BIG Shout out for Bernie. THANK YOU!
