Needed to buy costumes for me and 3 work colleagues, the staff in particular "poison ivy" was so helpful they didn't have all the stock but they arranged for me to pick it up. Friendly staff and a great shop. Would highly recommend!

Bought a fancy dress costume which was a radioactive suit. The suit was slightly small for my partner so went back to exchange but they don't exchange for hygiene reasons. How are you suppose to know if it fits then? Waste of money. Wont be using again.

Wonderful place and have costumes for all occasions. Always go there fancy dress or costumes for kids event. Staff help you to find what u need. Brilliant place.

Poor customer service skills and I personally wouldn't buy anything from there again as for some reason they don't do refunds even though on their website states otherwise...So my husband is now stuck with a costume that doesn't fit...nice....maybe they should have signs in the sop to state that..

It would be difficult not to find something suitable for your fancy dress requirements in this store.
