Been here must be over 10 times. In small and large groups. We didn’t have time to finish one last game so we got vouchers for another time.

Staff are all friendly and helpful. However the game itself was not great as some pins would come down when already hit. This did get sorted but the game was already ruined by that point. (Worked out in my favour)

Bar staff are really friendly also. Service is incredibly quick!

Arcade games are fun and exciting, except those claw machines are definitely a challenge to say the least...

Great venue with a wide choice of food and drinks available. Also offer great vouchers and incentives to return in return for participating in surveys which result in 50% off your next visit.

The arcade is great, although some of the machines don't work. The lanes closer to the pillars are a lot smaller so it's harder to socialise, the diner doesn't have many options for vegetarians and tables are limited. Toilets also aren't pleasant, but the overall experience is OK. If you're good at bowling, of course.

Just been there with some friends for the first time and not happy with the service at all. The staff has a big attitude problem, got our order wrong but argued that the order was right. It wasn’t busy there and it was only a small order so while I was talking to the stuff member who took my order to sort my order out another member of stuff decided to interfere while the other person was talking to me and she was being very rude and horrible. First of all I didn’t place the order to her and I wasn’t talking to her but she decided to interfere in someone else’s job. If the company doesn’t change these stuff members then the company will end up losing more customers. I don’t think we’ll go back again and spend our money there.

First time here and will be the last, the pins are on strings and knock each other over!,Always get tangled up and give you a wrong score. we changed lane and the same thing happened, so gave up and didn't even finish our last game.Given a free game but would've preferred a refund as we paid for something that did not work.
If you want a good game of bowling DONT go here. Staff very friendly and helpful.
