We took a party here during the week. All the staff were amazing and really helpful, however there were not enough staff to deal effectively with the number of customers. This is quite disappointing when it is clear party bookings have been made and managers can clearly work out the pressure points. We had a party of 32. There were other parties at the same time, but just one member of staff in the kitchen and one server. Obviously this affected service even though those staff members were working really hard and doing a fantastic job.

I am so disappointed with my experience at Hollywood bowl. We arrived for bowling and the table was an absolute mess from the previous people, as seen in photo. I asked for it to be cleared and was ignored by staff. We ordered drinks before we started bowling and by the time we had finished 40 minutes later they had still not arrived. The staff did not seem bothered at all and it felt so unclean.

feels good inside lots of kid friendly machines not dad pocket friendly though bowlibg was good but £40 for one game seems a lot to me. we even had labe service from a guy called muhammed who was great, refused a tip even.. liked him. but trying to get drinks at the empty bar ruined the experience, im standing there alone, 3 guys behind the bar all avoiding my eye contact and seemingly trying to ignore me on purpose.. that tainted the experience and they should be made aware. poor service.

Visited during half term, it was busy as I’d expected.nUnfortunately the friendliness of the staff was very hit and miss. When in the arcade one of the ticket machines was broken and the staff member that helped was quite rude, didn’t listen and “fixed” the problem before even hearing what the problem was. That being said other members of staff were better and made us feel welcome.nCustomers will often pay a lot of money in these type of places , they should be treated respectfully at the very least!

Had a great time here with my husband, staff were helpful and attentive, was nice and clean, easy to check in with tickets bought in advance and the game was already set up and ready to go. Bar had a great selection of drinks that we enjoyed with our games. Only complaint was I couldn't find a bowling ball that was light enough and fit my fingers so had to settle for one that was a bit too heavy.
