Brilliant night out with work mates for our post Christmas Party. The manageress and the 2 girls that were working could not do enough for us and were super efficient. Great value package, burgers were amazing and 2 allergies easily catered for. Place was very welcoming and clean. Would definatly recommend for a team building night. Thank you.
Well a pretty petty bad review really but our recent experience here was not great at all.nWe just finished work and me and my partner thought we’d have a game to chill out with a drink.nnWe ordered our ‘cocktails’ and received them but then shortly after a waitress came along with the same drink, so there was some mix up at the bar however she just left the drinks with us and told us they were on the house, which was kind of her and she said that they’d only be thrown away if not.nnBut then a few minutes later who I’m guessing was the manager came along and asked which drinks were the ones we purchased and then snatched away the ones the girl had left without so much as a sorry. She took the drinks away and put them on the empty glass trolly- to be wasted.nFor some reason this left a really sour taste in my mouth as she would rather the drinks be wasted than attempt at a kind gesture.nnTo be fair she did do as a favour as the drinks were very poor anyway and that’s probably the cause of the sour taste I had! , but I just found her lack of friendly service really bad, especially during the festive season.nnAnyways. Like I said. A petty thing to review but small gestures all add to a good service.

We booked our Christmas party here, and it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations. As a large group, we were admittedly quite disorganised, but the staff was incredibly patient, accommodating, and made sure everything ran smoothly. A special shoutout to Paige, who handled our booking with such care—she was so friendly, polite, and attentive, making the whole process stress-free for us. The service was exceptional, and it truly felt like nothing was too much trouble. We couldn’t have asked for a better night. Highly recommended!
