My wife and myself stayed one night on a National Holidays weekend. What a brilliant hotel, our room provided everything we needed, attention to detail had been thoughtfully put together. Every member of staff we met were an absolute credit to the company, thoughtful, attentive, efficient and happy! big shout out for Jackie Breakfast and three course evening meal were well adequate and again served by happy staff I have to agree that the breakfast bacon was dry and barely warm but all things considered we would definitely use this hotel again. Well done Holiday Inn Express Walsall . Rooms: Everything we needed was in our room, absolutely everything.
The room was comfortable and has free parking and breakfast, which was excellent and well staffed with very attentive staff, give them a raise!!! Loved how the hotel took care of guests. Good pizza and it has a bar with plenty of seating. Rooms: Comfortable Food & drinks: Excellent staff took care of guests and the breakfast is well staffed and food was hot and good Noteworthy details: Overall impressive Holiday Inn, free parking, free breakfast, which I will only stay at Holiday Inn from now on. Other England Hotels change 8 pounds for parking.
Stayed here 3 times for work and they have been consistently fabulous. Great service, considerate staff and clean rooms. One star off due to proximity to the M6, but can't be heard of windows are closed and didn't keep me awake even when they were open and I was motorway side. Very convenient if you're coming from the south and travelling into Wolverhampton though. Assume from the north too. Thank you to the lovely teams each time I stayed, you all did a great job.
I stayed for one night at this Holiday Inn Express and found it great value for money, the room was well equipped and clean. Breakfast was included, there was lots of choice and fresh food. Staff were helpful and friendly.Rooms: 5/5
Breakfast limiting for a vegan, no mushrooms sausages like cardboard, needed a pair of scissors to open brown sauce sachet, scrambled eggs tasted chemically, not the best breakfast. Not overly friendly welcome, as arrived soaking wet from the rain. Assistant at Breakfast very friendly Walkability: 1.4 mile walk from Walsall station
Great location just off the M6 jnt 10 convenient for both South and north travelling, Plenty of free parking remember to register your vehicle registration number at reception Polite check in staff with plenty of information if required, Breakfast included in rates, and very plentiful and lots to choose from, English breakfast, continental,tea/coffee fresh juice toast cereal etc, Rooms were nice and cosy and comfy with an added sofa to sit on after our lengthy journey, was nice to sit down put feet up and have a cuppa watching a film, Very comfortable bed and a choice of soft/hard pillows, Complimentary shower productsvery silky Dove Great nights sleep, I was concerned that the hotel is right beside the motorway but I didn't hear anything all night, All in all a great place to stop over 5* rating from me Rooms: As above description Food & drinks: As above description

Friendly service, change a booking for me when they didn't have to. Very efficient, and rooms are clean. Good location and value for money. Stayed in a lot of hotels and this is one of the better holiday Inn expresses in the UK .Rooms: 5/5
We always stay here when we visit Walsall. Excellent staff. The ambience is great. Breakfast is free and enjoyable. Could add some more ir different dishes to their evening menu. Example a Caribbean dish. Rooms: Tidy and clean and quite spacious. Dove shower gel and shampoo provided and tissues.
For me, it was a very short stay but it was fine for a budget hotel. Nice breakfast. Free parking.Rooms: 4/5
