Very happy of my stay. Close to a busy road but the hotel is well insulated. You do not hear the noise from inside. Look like during my stay that the hotel has just been refurbished. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good too. I enjoyed.

Good place for room hire, courses are held here usually. Some part of the building is due for a refurbishment, but nothing major You can't leave together. Friendly reception team. Just off the M20, about half way between Folkestone and London. Planty parking space. If you are on a meeting or conference it's always a good idea to prepare order and pay for your food, so it is ready for launch time. Ashford International train station is a bit far away, however there are regular buses around.

Bar food somewhat hit and miss. Wife's fodder fine, whilst nine was late and lukewarm. Staff didn't appear to be particularly bothered. Other aspects of stay were fine, and having BT Sports in the bar was a bonus.

Took my money for a cancelled reservation now they won't refund for at least 5 days. I asked to speak to the manager who won't come to the phone, now when i call they pick up and hang up. You should be ashamed of yourselves
