Brilliant shop. Downstairs has dressmaking fabric, haberdashery and patterns including patterns for £1. Theres lots of choice and everything is reasonably priced.  Upstairs is an absolute treasure trove for curtains — there’s more fabric choice than anywhere else as well as curtain poles and all the rest of it. The shop is deceptive, it looks small from the outside but theres just so much upstairs its unbelievable! There’s a made to measure service for curtains and staff were very informative and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Incredibly knowledgeable, professional service for bespoke curtains. Curtains are really well made and were even ready over two weeks ahead of our schedule & stored at the shop for when needed. Can't fault the advice & help on a subject we knew nothing about!

The staff in the Hole in the Wall are very welcoming and take time to help customers find the accessories and materials they are looking for. It is a large well stocked shop which supplies a tremendous variety of fabrics and soft furnishing essentials.

Absolutely amazing, colourful jolly experience  lady at till was very helpful. Everything you need from buttons to fabric & all in between. A hidden gem up the very top of walsall Town centre

Excellent range of materials and different patterns at great prices. I love the ‘off cut bin’ with bits of material at a reduced price. Found some great bits of material in there in the past.

Went here for some foam 59 pound for 34 inch x 36 inch x3 inch thick, I nearly fell over, wend to Dunelm walsall 27 pound,less than half the price same foam. Don’t moan when your business is gone due to greed. hole in the wall said yea but we cut it to size. So it costs 33 pound to do 2 cuts on a piece of foam, I cut the foam myself took less than 5 minutes.

Lovely staff, a wide range of fabrics, materials and small-wares for any taste.

Excellent shop, possibly the best of its kind in the whole West Midlands. Lovely staff too.  Huge huge range of everything

Staff are always super helpful and friendly, even when I’m indecisive on what fabrics to buy they’re always so patient. My go to fabric shop in the midlands
