came in twice today and the queues were round the bedding area. tried my luck paying upstairs in the self checkout area only to be told by a member of staff that they were closed because they didnt have a member of staff to man it. surely 1 team member upstairs would have been more beneficial manning those tills than 1 more down stairs. when i got to the till i was met by a woman who didnt apologise for the 15 minute wait and didnt seem very bothered by the length of the queue either.

The staff were so friendly! Everything was clean and organised. One staff exceeded my expectations by a milestone! The customer care was on point. It was also a pretty big store!

Layout of the shop isn't great but location and parking is handy.
