Used this solicitors' services for probate. Good start but when the initial solicitor retired it all went very quickly downhill. Had to constantly chase them for updates and to get anything done. Was constantly told it was on their list of things to do! Very unhelpful all round. Even after sending in an official complaint this was totally dismissed. Would not recommend!!!

He was a unsympathetic cold hearted solicitor. Who made my court case extremely difficult, unpleasant. I feel I was fighting this hell of a case all alone. Suffering pyshicial & mental health issues seriously effecting my functions daily. Living scared from a violent ex. 😢😭

They are rude I'm not even their client, I wrote to them regarding a matter about my daughter I waited 7 weeks before I phoned them and they said we wouldn't tell our client you wrote unless she asked! How would she know if you didn't tell her! When they wrote letters previously the terms were ludicrous and the letters were either poorly written or didn't make sense. Avoid this company and seek professionals

When the firm was not busy can get a phone call to advice before booking an appointment. When busy they ram it down your throat and won't help at all no phone call no time. 
Another point DO NOT call the secretary  ( by accident ) a receptionist as she will become very rude instantly even when apologised. The conversation went down  hill from then, didn't want to help and more busy explaining that she had 40 years experience as a secretary more than to help with my situation.
Avoid at all cost like mentioned above.
