Had cod and chips weekend and I was shocked that when got home to enjoy fish and chips I was very disappointed the chips were under cooked and some raw.and the cod was the same so I ended up throwing it in the bin it was awful.....Food: 2/5

Great first experience. Arrived just before closing but owner, David, was very welcoming. Great fish and chips, freshly cooked and delicious, even brought out to the car. The fish bar needs updating and seems a bit tired, when viewed from the road, however it is definitely worth the visit and will be getting our fish and chip here again. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

David is a great guy and looks after his customers very well. He cooks fresh fish and chips, rather than serving from the heated oven. Delicious food and will certainly be going back! A big recommend

I run a touring caravan club and we recently held a rally local to Holbeach. I asked David the owner to supply fish and chips on the Friday for when our club members arrived. David accommodated us superbly, with a large quantity of orders. All piping hot, handed over on time, and also great counter service from the young girl who assisted. The chips where new potatos, a bit pale with being new but a super great taste. Quite a number of our members said it was one of the best fish and chips we have had provided. I understand that the chosen campsite also went on to use this fish bar for the next club who also wanted fish and chips. Well done David, and thanks again. No complaints and will use again when in the area

The food is cooked fresh, now I'd say best in town.  David the owner needs an eye on. Make sure you get what you ordered.  Will keep going back.

Called in late on a Saturday afternoon, made very welcome. Haddock and chips freshly cooked to order and very nice. Staff very friendly and COVID safe precautions being employed

Best food we have had from a takeaway in a long time. All cooked fresh for us and piping hot  The gentleman who served us was very helpful and polite. Highly recommended.
