Horrible customer service, no quality control, very poor communication throughout the project non-existent. I used Hobs Repro in the past for other projects and had great experiences, so I did not anticipate the complete lack of follow through I encountered while trying to print my wedding invitations. Not sure if management has changed in the last several months or why this time was different, but I will never use Hobs Repro again. After the proofs they provided were not only delayed but unusable, the staff offered no solutions. After I pushed for a solution, they said they would call me back. I never heard back from them. I took my project to Cre8, who printed the invitations beautifully within the week, and were very helpful and in communication throughout the project. Save your time and go to Cre8 instead.

I have had a few visits at Hobs and my customer experience is always 'first-class'. The staff are so friendly and engaging and nothing is too much trouble. Jo Smith, the Business Development Manager is fantastic. Her friendly and enthusiastic approach immediately puts you at ease when visiting the branch. Jo is conscientious, professional and brings an infectious personality to all of her endeavors. I would recommend Liverpool Hobs for all of your printing needs and I can guarantee you won't be short changed for Customer Service.
I called in the late afternoon with an urgent request of posters and business cards for collection the next day. They even offered to arrange delivery first thing in the morning if we couldn't collect. The customer service was outstanding, I can not thank the team enough for their assistance and communication. I would highly recommend this company for ALL your printing needs. 5 star service
Had the pleasure of getting a college photographic project printed with Hobs Liverpool. Their customer service is outstanding, as it’s been around 15 years since I’ve used a professional printing service. They explained what format I needed via email. I had a couple of phone conversations, whilst I ironed out my knowledge gaps . Had my prints mounted & a bound book created. The quality is outstanding. The turnaround was within hours from walking in the shop to leaving feeling fully satisfied leaving with exactly what I wanted. Thanks Joe
The team at Hobs Liverpool are amazing! Words can't describe how much they have helped us within such a short amount of time. We partnered with Hobs a little over 3 weeks ago and they have successfully completed multiple print projects for our conferences which have all been in short notice to such a high standard. I have used Hobbs for years with work and have always been professional And reliable. Everything is to a great standard recently I have had to do fundraising for my son and asked them for custom made labels and there was no issues and fast turn around time and done to a high standard so thank you.
