Reviews

Found process of ending tenancy very expensive and stressful. Charges too high and landlord not pay any of the * re marketing fee so this was in abacus pocket. Abacus just worried about money money money!   Wouldn't recommend or use again. Sorry!  3/5 generous!

Absolutely disgusted at how a member of your staff spoke to my daughter today whilst unloading her car outside her own property !!! She shouted and screamed at my daughter over the parking , she was merely unloading her car with a small very very poorly baby in her arms .  My daughter was going to move her car out of the way as soon as she could the little one in the warm . There is no allocated parking !! Maybe you need to teach your staff some patients and manners and how not to scream at a young mum with a baby in her arms !!

Not good  at all, avoid this agency.
They are really nice until they received your feel (£295) after that they looking for many reasons to refuse the application and take more fees from people who really need a place to leave.
There is many people in the same situation as me. AVOID AVOID

Helpful and pleasant staff. OK rates and charges. Landlord was a pain though.
