7 minutes  talking to a machine.
It giving you information, that is widely available and of no use. UNLESS you're an employer.
As an employee it is nothing more than rubbish and wastes time and runs up a phone bill.

Absolutely ridiculous! Spent 10 minuses talking to a machine asking me questions that weren't relevant to my case only to be told all operators were busy then got "thank you for calling goodbye". Is this what we call Progress! It's a joke.
