Sorry to say, but I was VERY DISAPPOINTED &  DISSATISFIED by the Treatment and Service I recieved from HMB SALON. I booked my Eyelash course with them, and the day I arrived, their salon was SHUT!! I called around 10 times on their number and no one answered. A few days later, when they finally returned my call, we re arranged for another date 4 weeks later. I then called a day before the course, and the lady said, that there was NO BOOKING! I was quite frustrated and very annoyed at this point!!.. so then she said she will book me in for another 4 weeks down the line, and I said NO, and I wanted my money back, so then she booked me in 2 weeks after. The course required us to bring in a model, for us to do our lashes on. When I arrived at the course, the tutor was very helpful and showed us how to apply lashes on fake heads. But then when it came down to applying lashes on our models, NO ONE brought on their own models!!! As they were not INFORMED about bringing in their own models. So the tutor asked me, to share MY model for the other girls to PRACTICE on?? At this point I was FUMING!! As I paid and picked up my model, and brought her to the salon, and now I had to share my model??!!! Besides that, the glue the tutor gave us, was RUBBISH!!!!! it was very CHEAP, and not sticking at all!!!! I spent 3 hours on my model, trying to stick her lashes on, and other girls took over too, ans couldn’t handle it too, as the glue was not sticking!! The whole experience was horrible, I’ve been so put off by lashing now, due to what I experienced with HMB SALON. If they had provided a correct sticking good glue, and told the other girls to bring In their own models. I wouldn’t have been so put off. I could not believe I sat there for 3 hours ; doing my models lashes and only 8-10 lashes stuck on!!! And that was only due to her rubbish cheap glue!! I would NOT recommend this place!! As they are UNPROFESSIONAL and use CHEAP products!!!

I've been here twice now and usually talk to Shy over the phone, she's always accomodating, very chilled and reasonable, always rings back and is overall brilliant - I Was booked in with Noreen today, she was absolutely amazing, she took her time and even gave extra time to perfect the treatment, she was precise, professional, experienced and so gentle and I'm very pleased. Booked a 1hr 30min massage last minute on treatwell. Noreen welcomed me into the salon which was very clean. Very humble, kind lady. I asked for a relaxing massage and that is exactly what I got. I will be booking again. 100% recommend a massage with Noreen.Service:&nbsp;Massage

I absolutely love my treatment from Shy. She is so warm and welcoming. She took the time to explain and listen to what I wanted and did exactly that. This is my second time for my treatment and I will definitely be returning again.

Avoid!!!! Had my lash extensions done in loads of different salons before, never an issue, I was abandoned after an hour and a half by lady doing my lashes. Another girl came to take over and tell me that my lashes weren’t done right, she proceeded to pull some off, really sore. She tried to reassure me by saying the lady was qualified which made me seriously think she is not qualified. She said she had another client so couldn’t fix it then, but I could come back the following day to get them redone or removed!!! An hour and a half for sore eyes with half done lashes like giant crazy spider legs! Next day I went back, baring in mind I have barely any free time and now getting them taken off, two appointments, two people babysitting, for no lashes, just wanted them off by this point. Totally different girl taking them off, when I said the chemical was stinging my eyes, she dripped water on top, which diluted said chemical, flooding my eyes… ouuuuccchhh! When I stated how much this was hurting, she asked if I had opened my eyes?!? Yeah, clearly this was my fault. My eyes are now totally bloodshot, and bruised eyelid. To be fair to them in part, they offered me a free voucher and gave me a refund….free voucher?!? Yeah, I’d rather have glue removing chemicals burn my eyes than go there again!!!!… oh wait…Service:&nbsp;Eyelash extensions

This is the worst salon I have been to. I booked a deep cleansing facial for me and my husband 2 weeks in advance. On the day we arrived, the front of the shop was closed and I received a text for directions to the back door which wasn’t even clear. I found the back door all by my self after 5 minutes and I was knocking. There was no answer. I called the salon and they told me my therapist her name is Noreen is late because she didn’t realise she had an appointment at 11:25 even though I booked it weeks in advance through Treatwell, so it was obviously in their calendar. The salon said Noreen will arrive by 12pm so I agreed to stay because mistakes happen. It is now 12pm and Noreen was no where to be seen, and no one even bothered to call me. I called again and they said Noreen took the wrong bus to get to work how do you take the wrong bus when you’re not a new worker? They told me she was going to be another 30 minutes so I patiently waited. After an hour, someone finally opened the door to the salon and 6 people were already waiting because the therapist was late. At 12:30, Noreen was still nowhere to be found. The admin called Noreen and she said she will be 15 minutes which would have been 12:45. Noreen finally arrived at 13:10 bare in mind she lied about the time again. It took her 15 minutes to set up. My husband had An appointment after this, so he had to cancel because the therapist was 2 hours late. I decided to wait because I didn’t want me patiently waiting to go to waste. Fast forward to the deep cleansing facial, Noreen was prepping my face. When it came to the extraction of the blackheads, she only lightly did the nose and that was it. I asked her nicely if she was going to do the whole face because I have some blackheads on my forehead and one big one on my lip. She refused to do it because she claimed I had spots on my forehead. However, I explained to her that it was not spots and it was acne scars from 3 years ago. She still didn’t do anything and I just decided to not argue back because I was physically and mentally tired at that point. I have been to salons for 10 years and every one of them has extracted blackheads and dirt from my pores around my whole face. During the treatment, Noreen was massaging my face and almost pulled my nose stud off. She didn’t even apologise for that and it hurt because it’s a fresh piercing. If HMB Salon wants to deny the claims, I can give them a picture of my blackheads right now. My face felt disgusting. I do not recommend this salon at all, poor communication and some of the staff need re-training. I had to waste more money to make my way back home because my husband had to leave with the car for an urgent meeting. I am still waiting for HMB Salon to refund my husband and I am waiting for customer services to call me so I can get a full refund for my so called “deep cleansing facial”. I had to go home and wash my face and do my own facial. My day has been ruined and I will never come back here again. I don’t usually complain but this experience has been traumatic.

Horrible service! Should have read the reviews before booking with them. I arrived for my appointment and waited nearly an hour in an empty shop and finally the manager told me that her technician had an emergency to deal with. She then proceeded to tell me it was not her fault that her technician had an emergency. Well yes it is as the technician was responsible enough to let the manager know so that they can inform me. Considering it took me an hour to get there first thing in the morning and i took the morning off work, she explained that I could wait around another hour until the technician arrived or offer me just £20 off??? Ridiculous! Manager was also rude and dismissive and doesn't seem to care about her clients. Just awful all around and a waste of my time.Service:&nbsp;Eyelash extensions

Traumatised from this experience. Beautician was obviously very inexperienced. Couldn’t even map my brows properly, but still, give  the reviews and photos on their Instagram, I thought I was in fairly good hands. Specified I didn’t want “aggressive” or thick eyebrows. Ended up with 2 different, uneven, misshapen eyebrows in a colour way too dark, with the most unrealistic hair strokes. Also brought way too close to the centre of my face. Couldn’t believe my eyes when she was done. Was such a blur, I had to get out of there asap and honestly just wanted to curl up at home and cry. Have been trying “home remedies” to fade them which have helped a bit, thank god, but will have to get them removed once fully healed as they are actually horrific and make me look permanently angry and not at all like myself. Haven’t left the house since I got them. Won’t be using their services again. Total disappointment.Service:&nbsp;Microblading

Visited for an individual lash training course, ended up being a 121 session and I couldn’t have rated it anymore! The trainer was lovely, so professional and friendly which made me feel right at ease! Very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had throughout the day! Gave me all the support I needed and I left feeling happy and confident with the work I had done! Definitely will be looking at other courses they offer in the future  Thanks
