I dont understand the reviews. Great car park, easy to pay via App, when you leave make sure to stop the session on Ringo. Easy to get in and out of car park. We parked in lower 1 to get to the town centre.
Predatory App design so if you forget to stop the parking they charge you a full day. No refunds offered directly either! Sainsburies don’t refund app payments so you have to go to L3 or 4 and get two paper tickets manually to then get your free parking via shopings at sains. Only useful on a Sunday when it’s free!
One of the most confusing car parks ever. Hard to work out what floors you can use for long term stays, the prices are exorbitant and the up and down system is bonkers. For some reason the Council or RingGo uses stop and go parking so you have to approve £14 spend and then stop the parking when you leave. You then have to wait days to get your money back. System can only be designed in the hope you forget to stop your parking to get charged full daily rate. Never known a parking app to not allow you to pay for the time you think you will park for!
Terribly confusing I parked here to go to the Sainsbury’s and I couldn’t figure out how to even get in to the Sainsbury’s, the signs are so confusing. I just left.
A good carpark for either the town centre or Sainsbury's. For Sainsbury's go up to floor's 3, 4 or 5. The ramps can be slightly narrow. When you exit the carpark you have the option of either going out into the town centre or onto the A4. If you go out on to the A4 you have to drive down a narrow road to get out. Free Parking on Sunday.
