Hinckley House staff have looked after my 88 years old Mum for some time now and she is very happy there. The staff are friendly, courteous and very dedicated. I would rate this care home among one of the best and would recommend it to anyone.
Hinckley House is a warm and friendly care home. The staff are friendly and caring. Dad is well looked after and any concerns are dealt with without delay
My mum works at Hinckley House. I visit the residents especially on open days. The home is fantastic not at all what I thought a care home would be like. The staff are great really friendly and carding. The residents are always happy to chat with me and the home is always welcoming. The cakes are amazing
I can´t rate Hinckley House highly enough. I was not looking forward to putting Mum into a home, but this has been the best decision, for sure. The staff are professional, but also so attentive and kind. The home itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated too. Simply put, I wouldn´t want my Mum to be anywhere else.
I’ve worked for Avery for 5 years at Hinckley House for 3. I am so proud to work for Avery. It’s great to work for a company who really focus on personal centred care. My role is wellbeing and activities coordinator pink ladies. Paul Botham our Hone Manager is generous to a fault when it comes to providing activities for our residents I don’t think he has ever said no to anything we have requested. I started working here as a senior in April of this year and I can hand on heart say this is the best place I have ever worked and the best management I have ever worked for. The support I have received from Paul and the team leaders has been amazing. Everybody at hinckley house works together as a team to provide a high standard of care with our residents at the heart of everything we do.
A wonderful warm welcome on arrival from kayley & her staff . They could not have done more to help. The residents were definitely up for some fun which made entertaining them so easy. I look forward to seeing them all again in April.
I went to this home when they did an Alice in wonderland theme day.Paul the manager was there with his daughter. He made myself and my grandaughter feel very welcome I would put my family in this home without any hesitation.
I am always pleased by the atmosphere and committment of the staff, this is so evident in the care they take with Vera although she is 104 yrs young she has an active mind and Daniel, Eunice, Kayliegh and many more work hard to keep her entertained. Keep up the good work! Geoff Donoghue
