I was promised ring back in an hour.  It was over 24 hours. I had booked someone else long before then. Look elsewhere if you need the job quite quickly.

Didn't show up on day agreed and no phone call from them to explain or apologise. Lost a day pay and wasted my day waiting in. Very disappointed and annoyed by this poor experience.

Very disorganised from the start... 5 of the 6 radiators fitted as per quotation. Questioned the 6th as it was smaller than agreed, but they ordered a replacement and fitted it quickly a week later BUT rather than cover up a decor related issue from the initial smaller radiator they decided to hide it even further behind my sofa and create less work for themselves and more for me (tails on radiators) (defeats the object in my opinion and I'm still left needing to do unnecessary work)

I feel I was just unlucky and cannot justify another 4 hours to move the radiator again. Invoice paid immediately.
