An amazing hotel!!! I stayed here for work, it was all paid for so I can't really comment on value or pricing. The rooms are lovely and clean, beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are delightful too. Not to mention the toiletries provided - very high quality and put others to shame! The staff are extremely polite and helpful, both on front desk and in the restaurant. My work also paid for breakfast so I made use of that too. There is a massive offering and you can even request for certain items like specific omelettes from the chef. The hotel is also really good access wise from the terminals/train station. You just need to come out of the terminal area and into the car park area, there you will find a corridor leading you straight to this gorgeous hotel. If I need to do more work at Gatwick and I'm given choice of where to stay, I will definitely be opting for the Hilton again!

We stayed here before a long flight and found it to be a really good hotel. It is on the terminal, but still a fair walk through the car park etc. The reception is very busy as you'd expect for an airport hotel, and the bars and restaurant look loud and hectic. We opted for room service which was lovely and quite quick. Our room was in the new section so a long walk, but very peaceful and more modern rooms. All the usual hilton touches and good standard of hygiene. Club lounge was great too. I would say I found housekeeping staff to be a little rude. I went to the lounge at 6am as I can't sleep before flying, and in the old part of the hotel the staff were already loudly talking and cleaning. Had I been in these rooms it would have been very disruptive, as they were shouting across hallways.

Easy to get to from the train. Very close to the southern terminal of Gatwick airport. A few different styles of dining were available in house. We went for the sports bar option which was still a bit pricey for what it was but you pay for the convience. In the room the bed was large and the bathroom had a bath as well as the usual amenities. Check in took a little while as it was a popular time. The staff were friendly and helpful

Great location! Very close to the airport, easy to find and walk to. Wonderful selection for breakfast and dinner buffets. Also can check bags so that waa convenient. Easy to get to rail to do a quick trip to London

Stayed at the Hilton Gatwick on Saturday night with my husband and 7 month old and we will not be back. We called 2.5 weeks in advance to book our room in order to reserve a cot for the baby, and upon arrival, there was apparently no note on file regarding the cot. Luckily, they had one available and would bring it up to our room asap. The room itself was very outdated and small, no hand towels were left in the washroom, the toilet flushed only when it felt like it after several attempts each time and the shower was dirty and rusty. The cot arrived and as we were preparing it for the baby my husband noticed that the bottom was absolutely destroyed. The metal beam that supports the middle from the bottom had poked through the material, therefore, the baby would be sleeping with a metal pole in her back. Hubby used our "comforter" (thin, overused, ripped sides so you can see the stuffing) as padding at the bottom of the cot to make it more comfortable for the baby and we were left with no covers for our bed. Unluckily, the room was pretty cold, and even turning on the heat blew cold air so we slept with our coats on. The breakfast buffet was nothing special and all of the dishes were filthy! When asked if we enjoyed our stay at check out I explained our experience and the host had no reaction whatsoever. Not an enjoyable experience at all!
