For a budget airport hotel this one is great. The breakfast choices are very limited though and there are very few healthy options especially for healthy eating vegans. If your like us and you want to eat healthy take your own food as apart from a few items at M and S there's very little on offer in the whole airport. But hotel rooms very comfortable and quiet. Staff are lovely.

Nice hotel connected to the terminal. Basically just slept here before catching a flight. I arrived quite late and would have liked more support in trying to find a late-night meal. Was referred to one of the airport pubs and a website for ordering, which was OK. No coffee in the lobby, only when you make it for breakfast at the back end of the lobby. Clean room though and a nice place to stay before catching a flight.

Nice hotel and connected to the airport. The bed was nice, the pillows are very firm -- which can be good or bad, depending on your preference. The room was warm, and the thermostat preferred to keep it that way. The breakfast was nice, especially if you like a full English breakfast. They had waffles, cereal, toast, and yogurt for those who don't want sausage and baked beans. The front desk was very pleasant.

We always stay at The Hampton by Hilton at Gatwick when we're flying out on holiday. It's very easy to find and is very well sign posted.Once you've got up to first floor by either stairs or lift you come into the hotel's reception where your greeted by one of a few staff that is man the reception. Your reservation is checked and your get the key and directions to your room. The room's are well laid out modern and clean. You can book early morning alarm call if your flight is an early morning one. After you've freshend up you can go back down to the reception where there is a well stocked bar and you are able to get a quick snack or a larger meal. There is a short corridor that's linked into the airport so if you want to take a stroll and walk your food off you don't have far to go. The breakfast is a buffet type but if your going on a flight you don't really want anything heavy. And best of all you don't hear the plane's taking off or landing.

Extremely convenient for a flight out of north terminal from Gatwick in the early morning. Wouldn't stay here for any other reason. Small rooms. We only had one set of towels. Who only leaves one set of towels in rooms with a sofa bed? Breakfast was OK, served late instead of the published hours. Friendly front desk staff.
