Absolutely lovely place on Route 500. The rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Modern, sterile clean bathroom with shower. It is clean and fragrant. Therefore everywhere you can see the attention to detail and the best possible comfort for guests. Dawn is super nice, kind and helpful. I also got a birthday gift, which was a great surprise and made our stay in this charming place even more pleasant. The view from the windows of the surrounding hills is an additional advantage. I recommend this place more than highly

A perfect place to stay when visiting Ullapool. The friendly host made us feel so welcome and the room was warm clean and cosy. Extra touches made for an ideal guest house, with easy access to all shops and restaurants in town. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.Rooms: 5/5

Speechless. One of the best BnB experiences i've had. Dawn went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at ease. The place is extremely clean, tidy, organised, well located, easy parking went in March and thus recommend it to anyone visiting Ullapool.Rooms: 5/5

Welcoming, friendly, hosts with spotlessly clean, large comfy room, bed and onsuite shower room. Dawn welcomed us to the property and was lovely and friendly. The room was excellent and was so comfortable in all ways. We would definitely stay again when in the area. I would also have no problem in recommending a stay here to any one passing through or travelling to Ullapool. Thanks for the welcome and the lovely nights sleep Dawn.

Ideal place for a stopover during a NC500 trip. The place is comfy with large and clean rooms. The host is very friendly and helpful. There are everything we needed in this town including some fine dine restaurants, super market and decently priced fuel station. The rooms offers all the basic essentials needed during the trip including cutleries.

Lovely stay in the cutest village in Highlands! Dawn was very welcoming, her house is beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy! Highly recommended stay.

The welcome was warm and friendly. Exactly what was needed after a long day of driving and exploring in the wind and rain.  The room itself was lovely and warm with its own thermostat. The TV and fire stick are a lovely touch as is the fire broadband.  The ensuite has a brilliant shower and lovely soft towels are provided.  The touches for breakfast and cutlery are great and the option to grab a take away and eat it in our room where there was a table and chairs set up was exactly what we wanted after most of the week without life's little luxuries.  The bed and duvet were brilliant and a great night's sleep ensured.  We will definitely be staying again whenever we are out this way.
