Atrocious service staff on phones treat people terribly..service should be much much better ..putting a baby on a cancellation list the health service in this country is appauling.

To be fair i never made it in to see the doctor, as i was told doctor refused to see me until my medical records had been transferred from old GP, even though my old gp had never treated for current illness. I explained that to the surly member of staff on phone and was told to go back to Dublin to see my old GP, luckily i did that as turned out to be extremely serious and i was sent straight to hospital. I was on phone a number of times with a member of staff and had terrible experience, and sent 2 emails no response. I will not be calling again

Had a great experience today! Lovely and helpful people!
