Doctor's and nurses are great but the reception's really lacking. Left in the waiting room over an hour on two separate occasions. Second time I asked if I had been checked in. Receptionist became defensive and said she didn't see me come in like I'd mischievously snuck in an open window when I had in fact given my name at the door, been buzzed in by her and then handed a face mask by her upon entry. I couldn't have made my arrival more obvious if I'd brought a marching band with me.
Dr Shane o Neil has guided me through depression a yearly sick leave and helped me become well enough to return to work. He has an anbalievably exceptional bedside manner and a sympathetic ear that has made it easy to open fully about my depression and anxiety. That sort of patient care shouldn't be trivialised or overlooked. Highly recommend the practice in general as all staff share the same attitude.
