I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this practice like the plague. Dark and dingy waiting room. All the receptionists are extremely rude and unhelpful. On multiple occasions when I went about lump in my throat, they didn't even examine me, saying it was a gland probably due to an infection. Always kept waiting for up to an hour, without even an apology, even when I pointed it out. Even on my first visit I commented to my husband that I didn't think this practice was going to be any good to us. I received a call from management moments after I left. I was gobsmacked when she told me the doctor had complained about me!!! On my final visit I commented on my concerns about the practice to the manager who tried to tell me that she would no longer be willing to treat me. I tried to tell her I had already made plans to join another surgery but she wouldn't listen. Instead he called a doctor in to witness, who was again unwilling to hear any criticism. They will never improve with that attitude

I have been a patient for 25yrs truly deprecated in recent years. I once saw an elderly patient forget to ask a question and was made to wait for a further twenty minutes or so. Phone lines are often down and are therefore uncontactable (or they just don't answer!) to the general public. Waiting times for appointments are ridiculously long. Such a shame to see a once reliable surgery fall from grace and purpose in recent years.

If i could put zero stars I would. Had appointments cancelled. Phoned to make appointment, told you can make one till the next week. So went straight from work this morning. Got there 8.10 first one in. Now just been told doctor delayed. Thats two hours. They just dont care. Crappiest doctors ever.
