Damira Hillcrest is the best dental practice! I have found all staff helpful, friendly and efficient. I particularly want to express thanks to dentist Hamzah Harris and his nurse who I saw on several occasions recently in being fitted for a complete set of new dentures. Hamzah was incredibly patient throughout the process and was insistent and determined to ensure that the final set of dentures fitted well and I was comfortable and happy with them. This entailed several trials and requests for changes from the lab but the end product is perfect!nI am very grateful to Hamzah for his professionalism, skill and patience. I cannot recommend the practice highly enough! I am fortunate, too, to be a NHS patient and the dentures therefore haven't cost me the earth!!
Our dentist and nurse took considerable time and patience extracting 4 of my daughter’s teeth in preparation for braces. It was a long process due to her sensory needs and they gave her the time she needed to ensure the work was completed. They listened to her every step of the way. Thank you - I genuinely didn’t think she’d get through it beforehand but you made it happen and she left happy!
I had a wait of 20mins past my appointment time, but I did receive an apology for this. The receptionist was very helpful as I needed to amend my email address. Dentist was courteous, and explained everything during my visit. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
I have had Invisalign’s and my teeth whitened by Dr.Ridhwan. I can’t thank him enough for the amazing work he has done on my teeth. I feel so much more confident about my teeth and smile now! Professional through out the whole 10 months and been very honest and realistic about timescales, expectations, prices etc.
I have always been extremely anxious visiting the dentist.nI have had 2 appointments with this dentist and honestly couldn't think of a bad thing to say. They are polite and friendly. They could tell I was anxious and were very caring, even more so while I was having treatment. They asked how I was throughout and helped me feel relaxed. Than you very much.
