Very professional service have been going to this dentist for over 20 years they explain everything clearly before starting any work and all of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable great service.
This dental practice is very unprofessional and unsupportive. They tried to drill into my perfectly healthy teeth, coming with excuses on why they need filled despite my ortho stating I do not following some X-Rays. Following a panic attack I had about them going near my teeth, I was shouted at. Don't go if you want healthy teeth.
Not very happy at all. I called up for an appointment to be given the 14th which I couldn't wait as said my tongue is being torn by my tooth that has broken. Sod I will see if I can get an emergency appointment somewhere. Wher the girl said you won't get anywhere. But my pharmacist was going to to refer me to kingscross on the Saturday but we were far too busy with scripts and short staffed and also got used to my tongue being cut open with the tooth. But would do it the week after. I seen text coming through from hillclock but never opened it as neber made an appointment and girl did not say a time. Just said OK when ip get put to kingscross... no time or anything said by her not even said appointment made for you. Why would you open a text when not made an appointment. So left it. Next day got 2 calls. But we are busy as in the pharmacy so called on my lunch. To be told il be charged for not appearing. The girl I spoke too was the one I spoke to the 2 weeks before and the smirking on the phone was not very professional either. One I am partially sighted in one eye so don't open texts unless WhatsApp as the letters are larger. Plus why would I open a text when I hadn't made any appointment to told on the phone of it. The women that was on the desk before was alot better and helpful than that girl I spoke too.
Very professional and caring service, been there for over 24 years.
