I've been here a few times over the last few years for different ailments and have also brought my teenage daughter who's had issues around sports injuries. I've seen Paula each time. Paula is the best physio I've ever dealt with by a long, long way and I've seen many over my career. To be frank most of the physios I've ever seen told me nothing I couldn't have known myself from watching YouTube videos. Paula has supported me with issues with lower back, upper legs and knees. With the back issue what she prescribed worked perfectly. I'm now working on the other more complex issues and am confident that the advice and support that she has given me will help. With my daughter's injuries Paula has given her the diagnosis we were already aware of ourselves but importantly prescribed exercises that were a lot more fun for a young teenager than the dull things prescribed by a previous physio which were hard to motivate her to complete. My daughter is now improving her strength as a result of enjoying these exercises a lot more. And the admin/reception staff are also very good and responsive. I can't speak highly enough of the place.
Victoria is an absolutely exceptional physiotherapist! She is so talented and clever and kind and funny and intelligent. She has helped me go from being in a wheelchair for a year to be up using crutches in a matter of weeks. She is very supportive and understanding of mental health needs and an amazing physiotherapist who I always look forward to seeing. If you are looking for a physio I 100% recommend her. I have been here for my daughters feet and Simon was great with her. I have been going over the last few months for fascial manipulation with lee and have seen a major improvement. Both Simon and lee were reasurring, professional and empathetic. I would definately recommend this clinic.
Really great service and advice from Michelle via Skype during lockdown. I highly recommend Highthorn really great physios lot of experience
