I don't understand why some people gave this restaurant only one star but as a Hong Kong Chinese I am really surprised to find that this restaurant in a remote place of Scotland offers excellent authentic Chinese food which is comparable in quality to many restaurants in Hong Kong. The restaurant is very spacious and comfortable with some tables having a good view of the sea. The food is a bit pricey but this is what a traveller should expect in a tourist area.
Haven't eaten such a delicious Chinese meal in a long time It tastes great, it's a lot of weight
I'm not fan of Chinese food, too much fried , so made a visit to Scotland to climb Ben Nevis, later with friends we choose place to eat, they wanted Chinese food, I thought why not, first Chinese food this year, had chicken and mushroom soup, prawn crackers and king prawns with garlic with some unusual taste sauce and I liked, liked more than expected , nice service
The foods are very good!! Service is very warm!! The location is also very close to the sea, the view is great
Really amazing food, great view with sea and nice service. recommend to everyone.
My favourite dish is house special fried rice, and it had been always good.
Nice dishes. Nice view. Nice staffsCheap eating
Had a fantastic meal in here. Prices seem a tad high, but the portions were huge compared to any other Chinese restaurant I've been in. The restaurant itself was really quiet but this time of year, January, it's to be expected. Would go back and try other dishes.
This restaurant gets one star on the basis that it was open and appears to be the only sit down Chinese restaurant around. The unsigned food standards certificate in the front window and a lack of any English menu on display should have been my first clue that something was amiss. The restaurant was empty save for a group of older Chinese males in one corner and the staff consisted almost entirely of adolescents. I took one look at the menu and immediately left in utter disbelief. Some dishes are three times the price of my local Chinese restaurants!!! Average of £12 for a dish and set menus were staggeringly expensive. I note the suspiciously positive 5 star reviews and suspect these people are either deluded, being paid for the review or not real at all. As a visitor to this popular tourist area I expect to pay a bit more for food but these prices are unjustified. Enter at your own risk but don’t say I didn’t warn you!
Good Food, Friendly Service Food gets served very fast
