Had a great experience using this family ran garage! We pre-booked an MOT and major service for our van. We were offered a pre-MOT check, which we opted for at a very reasonable additional cost. Items were found to be needing addressed during this inspection - which would have failed the MOT. We were phoned with estimates, agreed the costs, and the work was carried out same day. Vehicle major service and MOT all done in a day. No fuss at all. Very good communication. A phone call to tell me it was ready to collect once the work was done. Pricing was good given the level of service. I'm a very happy customer. Glad to have tried your garage and we will be using you for future work on our vehicles. Over all good guys. Luke especially was great at communicating with me and helped me destress when they had to keep my car all weekend. They look after you, my MOT turned into load of jobs but they were all genuine.
Had my previous 3 cars worked on at this garage and I've never been disappointed with the service or price.nJust had my timing belt done, and this has never changed.nQuality customer care and train their staff to be professional at all times.nCheers again for your further advice.
Had an unknown loud noise on my car - took it in on the morning and had it back by the end of the day. Turned out to be a loose bolt and Highfield sorted this for free. Highly recommended
