I have used Kwik Fit South Shields 28 years now. The staff are always friendly, polite and their work is carried out in a highly positive and professional manner. The office is always clean and if remaining awaiting your repaired vehicle there are free hot drinks with ample tables and seating. I would certainly recommend Quik Fit South Shields.

Took my car in, as it was the only place open at the time on a Sunday. 
New tyre bought and put on.  Rang up the next day to advise the centre cap was missing.  Spoke to the Manager, who was very helpful.  Ordered a replacement, and was fitted a day later. Great customer service.
