Huge improvement since London Overground took over. Clean trains, clean station, all refurbished. Staff at all times. Accessible in both directions now work completed. Shows what can be done!

Very busy station during peak hours in the morning between 7-9 if you are lucky then you will get a seat.

No step free access for months now with no indication of when the pointless works will be finished, if ever. I've never seen a worker working, only smoking or leaning/standing perfectly still. They should feel nothing but unbridled shame for the grief they are causing for people with bicycles, prams, people with low mobility and wheel chair users. I thought Labour run Waltham Forest would be going crazy over this sh*t - shows what I know!

Building work is now more or less complete. Controversially TfL are intending to close the exit from the Chingford bound platform down the steps to the underpass forcing all passengers to either use the footbridge or the exit to Wilton Road.. Coffee stall open on the London bound platform in the morning.
