DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!!! So, 1st day we went into the dentist for an appointment my mum had and straight away you see a male elderly patient upset with the receptionist. She's claiming she sent him a message/called him to let them know that the male dentist has gone off to India. He's come all the way and they've not bothered to call his landline to let him know the appointment is cancelled. He's come into the dentist because the previous treatment he got wasn't completed properly. A piece/block of his tooth with was to be removed was still in there and just rolled out when he was at home and now was in pain. Now, I thought I've heard this before and YES what do you say my own dad was someone who had his wisdom tooth removed at this dentist and randompr at home he pulls at a piece of tooth with his tongue. UNPROFESSIONAL. Now, back to my mother, we went for the appointment and 45 MINS LATER we were seen, I a university student had to miss out on the day and my dad ended up going late to work because they delayed the appointment so late. Once is ok right? One dentist went was on holiday, so forgivable, right? Ok Next appointment, AGAIN AN HOUR LATE. Again, university missed, work missed and genuinely feel mugged off. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. Third appointment, road construction and taking into consideration my mother's mental health and social anxiety and previous knowledge of sitting in those chairs for ATLEAST 1/2 hour, we got there 7 mins late, I know late is late HOWEVER being rudely DENIED and being treated like dirt for 7 MINS whilst they cost us 2 days of wages and 2 days of uni we wanted to feel less like criminals who broke a law when the dentist has been doing the last few appointments. Take my word PLEASE, don't ok don't bother with this place. Why do those with more money, better jobs, better accents, fairer skin get better treated and excused whilst the commoners are treated like headless chickens? Rich vs Poor

There is a new lady dentist at this surgery. She is very passionate about her job. You feel like you are in safe hands. I have seen her on my last 2 appointments and already feeling a positive change on my teeth and gums. She is vert through and explains things very clearly. I would highly recommend my friends and family to see her. Well done to her.

Went in today for a clean and I was seen by a eastern european lady. She didnt do a very good job at cleaning my teeths. She made my gums bleed heavily, and didnt polish them after. She spent like 2mins on them and kept sujesting me to pay extra to get one of my teeth removed instead of putting a simple basic filler.

I would not recommend this place at all, staff are rude and there's a putrid smell.

Avoid this dentist and your time I wasted my time and it cost me money for nothing. The dentist himself is rude and arrogant and any questions you ask he seems to be very defensive. I booked myself for an emergency and apparently emergency appointments have a 5 minute slot? How can anything be done in 5 minutes? Nothing basically. He looked at my tooth where the filling had come off and said come back another day if you want it fixed I said well that's why I came today and mentioned it to your reception when I rang he replied well I gave you 5 minutes of my time!!!! Charged me £20.60 for 5 minutes! ! Bloody disgrace!
