I am in Cheltenham on business and had my glasses break in half last night. I went to specsavers and they were extremely helpful and kind. They were able to take my lenses and put them into a new pair of frames in about 30 minutes saving me hundreds of dollars. I was not able to see the name of the employees that helped me but they were both very kind and went out of their way to help me.

Great service by the contact lens optician who was friendly, informative and obviously cares about and enjoys his job. Unfortunately let down by the graduate optician who checked me in and scolded me like a child for being 5 minutes late, despite me being there early and waiting for someone to check me in. Didn't apologise when I then explained I had arrived early and had been stood waiting whilst the only staff member serving had been caught up on the phone. I appreciate you're busy and are probably short staffed but disappointed this staff member thought it appropriate to be rude off the bat.

Staff were lovely and very friendly so my overall experience was positive, however I am rather annoyed at the fact the anti-glare wasn’t described very well to me meaning I didn’t choose to purchase it. If they have told me that it affected the way the glasses look I would have considered it more so I’m not happy with my purchase now unfortunately.

Great first experience of going to an optician. Friendly staff and fantastic process. I also forgot my bank card. Too used to paying by phone They were brilliant about this. First class service, from the manager and his team.

Excellent service and overall very helpful trying to help you pick out your glasses

I paid a lot of money for two pair of glasses and have been back numerous times to have them adjusted as they are such a poor fit and always out of focus.  As I’m disabled I’m scared of having a fall as the glasses won’t stay in place and slip down my nose as I walk. Will go back to Boots now to get a decent pair that fit.  So disappointed with Specsavers.

Absolutely diabolical service at the Cheltenham store, no one ever picks up the phone when I've tried multiple times to contact them, and when I leave a message for someone to call me back they don't, its very clearly an extremely poor customer service. Also when I attended the store in person, I found the staff quite unhelpful and on a couple of accasions they were rude aswell regarding my queries. Overall, it's nothing but a very poor service, and I most definitely won't be recommending this store to anyone that's for sure, as I'm disgusted with the place. Thankfully I've found a different Opticians that are polite & helpful.
