Cosy, but attention to cleanliness was lacking. Food crumbs on table, food on chair and bench with it being dimly lit one wouldn't notice but I'm ultra careful when eating out so I did. I know how to cook rice. The "steamed" rice to me was cooked days before and kept in the fridge, all clumped together it was not fresh at all and it came luke warm, I had to ask for it to be heated up, two or three minutes later ping, it came back piping hot. I'm sorry not but I won't be going back, it's nothing like what is presumably their branch in SW11 at all. Service charge what service is not compulsory for low numbers dining but the excuses why it should be paid were excruciating. Not my best eat out experience at all.
Amazing. Great selection of starters - love the papaya salad. Would thoroughly recommend. BYOB restaurant too!

A charming 28 seat restaurant awaits the diner at Hi Bangkok, Tables seat 2 or 4, but can be brought together for larger party's. For someone who like myself finds stairs a problem, everything is on ground level another plus There is a large choice on offer so take your time and set aside a minimum of two hours exploring the delights of Thai cuisine and what a treat awaits you. Its a little off the main Broadway but well worth the effect as the food is exceptional. I personally recommend any fish dish. especially the squid. A most refreshing drink was their iced herd Thai tea Best get here early as by eight the place was getting busy Here on a Wednesday Best reserve your table if wishing to dine after eight sorry no mints and at weekends. Prices range around the moderate scale I believe Hi Bangkok has no licence So some diners bring their own wine ect, they may charge corkage?!!

How lucky we are to have Hi Bangkok nearby for delivery; just had another order arriving well before the quoted time as usual. Everything fresh and warm, every dish delicious. Very reasonable prices. Our favourite Asian local restaurant!Food: 5/5

I wish I could give negative stars. We ordered takeaway from this restaurant tonight. It arrived more than an hour late about 2 hours of waiting in total, the driver was extremely rude when he arrived, the lady who answered the phone at the restaurant was not helpful, and the food was cold and congealed. Not to mention there was zero flavour to it, wasn't even salted. This was the first and definitely last time we tried this place. We'll make sure our friends and neighbours don't repeat our mistake and stay away.
