Went here for a check up. Tried to book a clean and polish with hygenist, the dentist said she would do it while I was there anyway. SO fast, rough and painful, I had to stop her 5 times! She didn’t go easier, seemed to be in a rush throughout. I had to end it prematurely. Still got charged the £70? 2 days later my veneer came off, I put it down to her rough treatment. Called to speak to the practice manager to ask for a refund of my botched clean and polish, he said I had periodontitis??? I went private the next day to get a second opinion as this was the first time I heard about gum disease!! It was confirmed I did NOT. The practice manager lied and panicked me just so he didn’t have to give me my money back! Disgusting

I would to acknowledge the great service I received yesterday especially as I was a new patient. The staff were friendly and professional and even though I had a tooth removed yesterday, I have no after effects at all today and I would highly recommend the surgery to any new patients!

I have been using this dental practice for a long time and the current dentist Mr Gareth Harper is a very competent dentistry technician. All the dental procedures carried out at this practice are of first class quality. He is also very friendly and very informative. The staff too are friendly, polite and very efficient. I highly recommend this Practice.

Fantastic dentist. Very friendly and professional staff. Dr Harper did a fantastic job on some composite bonding I had done. Very happy with the work overall. Highly recommended.
Great service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. My son is extremely scared of the dentist and it's a struggle to keep him calm but the staff here make extra time for him and his fear is slowly fading.
