Just bought my 2nd car from Gary at Hesketh Cars. Amazing service from all the staff. Really looked after me changing from an older car to a newer updated model. Gary helped me along the way and made the whole process stress free and easy. Would definitely recommend.

The whole experience with this dealership has been great - staff are polite and friendly. Went to pick up my new car yesterday and was fast, easy and efficient. Would deffo recommend this dealership.

Would not buy another car from this lot every again. Typical car dealers. I purchased a 4×4 and it has given me nothing but trouble since the day that I purchased it. Diesel fumes still coming into the interior  .After a ride in the car if you stand next to it you choke with the smell of diesel fumes. Avoid at all costs. I gave up going back for repair.

This place! Wow! Went to look at a car which was way in the showroom. Upon discussing prices ect I asked about booking in a test drive, he said no if you buy the car now then you can have a test drive, just absolutely bonkers. Why on earth would you buy a car without test driving it. Awful customer service and thinks he knows what he's talking about which he doesn't saying a CAT C car is 2 cars welded together what the Heck! Over priced and awful service.

Discussed my requirements with Richard the car salesman working that day ,he suggested that i had a look at a Yaris that he had in the showroom,we  agreed a trade in deal which i agreed on .I must admit that this is the most stress free deal i have ever done  and would recommend this dealership

Went to look.at a car when mine had to be scrapped, they didn't hassle us whilst we looked, decided on a car whilst waiting for the car to be ready they offered me a courtesy car which they didn't have to so I could get me son to school, Gary was lovely very professional and kept me informed through it all, car was ready to pick up when they said, would definitely use again

Got a car from here said it was fully serviced within the space of 4 months of having it, it’s broke down 3 times needing over  £1000 worth of repairs! When first broke down they messed me about with warranty meaning I didn’t have a car for 4 weeks!
