Back in November I bought a used Mercedes estate car from Cleveleys Car Market. It was quite an old car but it was low mileage for the year and had a full service history with it. It was also in great condition for a 15 year old car. I paid over the market value (according to the “book” valuations), but it did come with three months full warranty and 12 months MOT. I have had reason to take the car back for a few issues during the warranty period but the car has always been repaired at no cost to me. More recently, I have had a gearbox problem outside of the warranty period relating to an issue I reported during the warranty period. I thought that it was going to be an expensive fix, but they just took the car in, gave me a loan vehicle and repaired the fault after a lengthy diagnosis. This was done again at no cost to me. That is tremendous customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Yes, I could have paid a lot less buying privately, but when you add in the repair costs I would have been faced with, I would have been out of pocket.
