We rent a 9 seaters car for a day we find the booking service and whole renting process very easy .Brilliant customer service.The guy I think called Jarry sorry I forgot the name ‍was super polite and kind .I would recommend this company.
Enterprise have been amazing. My accident was traumatic and having the courtesy car from Enterprise was a blessing. Abigail, from Enterprise, was lovely, helpful, sympathetic and friendly. She came out to the house to pick me up and drive me into pick up my courtesy car. She gets full marks for her professionalism. I recommend Enterprise and would happily use them in the future.
Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the assistance given by the staff in Salisbury, of particular mention, Jericho and Aby. I highly recommend them

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! the staff were rude and don't even answer the phone! I returned the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as they gave it to me. Put £25 of fuel in to get it back to quarter of a tank now they charge me another £22 what for??? I have put the fuel in the car this is absolutely ridiculous to charge me again and I have tried to get through on the phone for an hour no reply! AVOID!!!!

Very nice cars and vans and spoilt a bit by hard sell for extra insurance cover .
Awfull service they seem to fail to tell you the actual total amount so we ended up spending a total of 500 pound for a van we only had for a few hours. It would be much cheaper going to u drive if you're looking for a van with a budget since they have took me way over my budget plan without actually telling you the extra charges they put on top after you already paid to book the van.
Failed to mention I either needed a credit card or had to complete an additional step over the phone to pay a deposit via debit card when booking. Booked Wednesday, went to collect the van Thursday, to move house Friday. However, I was informed that as I failed to respond to an email sent at 2154 on Wednesday asking me to bring a credit card or ring up and complete some additional checks to pay a deposit via debit card I could no longer hire the van. Gent behind the desk seemed nice enough and started a refund but it still means I can't actually move house without shuttling everything in a single car.
I would like to thank the Assistant manager of the Salisbury Enterprise branch, Giselle Newman, for going out of her way to help us. After breaking down in our personal vehicle at 1830hrs on a Saturday in Salisbury I thought it would not be possible to get a hire car that day. However, Giselle who was meant to have finished work at lunch time that day, was still at her desk and came to our rescue. She personally drove the hire car to collect us from the location where we were stranded. We had all the paperwork and keys sorted within 20mins. If only more people were as committed to providing a good service in their job as Giselle was, then the world would be a much more pleasant place! Thank you and great service!
