I made a booking the night before I needed the car. The booking was confirmed and credit card payment taken. The next morning the Salisbury office called to say they were overbook and no car would be available. They said it was outside their control and that they would process a refund. It is now almost six weeks later and the credit card payment has not been reversed. I am waiting for a response to my email. Very disappointing service.

VERY PROFESSIONAL , slight delay due to me needing a specific type car and a steering ball as i'm severely disabled , but they kept me informed all the way , and even compensated me with a fuel subsidy ,I was picked up promptly and shown every control on the car , I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE ENTERPRISE AGAIN WELL DONE STAFF ,
