DO NOT USE COME HELL OR HIGH WATER! Arrived at reception to an unbelievably rude woman called Susan! The type of woman who believes the world owes her a big favour! We took photos of the car plus a couple of minor scratches along the side of the car before we started our journey! The very next day we get an email stating we would not be getting our deposit back and we owed 300 pounds due to damages! This is not the first case I have heard about Hertz and unfortunately I should have listened to the people before me! Stay well away from Susan and Hertz, never again!

Awful. Delivered wrong car. And other problems. Use another car rental.
