Saw Rob for a shoulder injury (tried to tackle the monkey bars at the gym before I was ready!) Booking an appointment was easy, I was seen quickly and Rob put me at ease talking me thru what had caused my problem and how we could remedy it with sports massage and his guidance on aftercare at home. I felt the benefit after my first consultation and went on to make a full recovery after a couple of further sessions. If you are looking for a local therapist, realistically priced and someone to feel confident in, I would highly recommend Rob. But I hope not to need his excellent services again!

 have suffered with sport injury for some time and have tried numerous sports therapist, osteopaths and rob has helped me in leaps and bounds to recover from theses injury's and has also given me a in depth solution of how to stay fit and healthy....
