Brilliant service lovely food and the chicken nuggets and chips are brilliant! I come nearly every week ordering 6 nuggets and large chip! Very very quick only 2 minutes for me to get I usually watch football with herrons! Best chicken shop ever!1!1!1!1!1!1!!1!1!1!!1
We went here while on holiday, chicken is OK skin not crispy but sloppy very greasy, very slow service seems to me they can only do 1 order at a time, even though there are plenty of staff on, but they are just standing talking and staring at the customer's, but they don't actually take your order. Herons chicken used to be the best totally different taste now, long before I would go back, and you only get 1 good size piece of chicken and the other piece is a wing in the 2 piece snack box.
Very rude staff. A man ordered before us while there was two staff at the till and another at the back of the kitchen. When we went up to order and said hello, the two women at the till ignored us and walked off. We waited a few minutes to see if they were going to come back to the till to take our order but they didn't so we left. Maybe they're incapable of completing more than one order at a time. Shocking service, will never return.
