Becky and her team recently handled my father's cremation, I can't recommend them enough for the service they provided. The respect and dignity they should was beyond anything I could have expected, they really went above and beyond. Even down to recommending the lovely lady, Dominique , who conducted dad's actual ceremony. Many thanks again Becky, I really can't thank you enough!

Heritage and Sons Amersham recently organised the funeral of my mother. Throughout the whole process, the entire team at the Amersham office were wonderful. They were kind, compassionate, understanding, very professional and nothing was too much trouble. All of the necessary arrangements were made very efficiently, and the support they provided to me and my family at the service was above and beyond. They made us feel as if it was the most important event they had ever dealt with and made the family feel so confident that everything would go smoothly..and it did. They are incredibly good value for money for the personal service they provide from start to finish.We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. We shall be forever grateful to them for making a difficult day more bearable.

Heritage, Amersham (including the on-call people) looked after us very well, making the whole experience as pleasant as possible. Everything ran very smoothly and we were consulted as to how we wanted things to be at each stage. The added touch of a bouquet of flowers for my sister and I after Mum's funeral was very nice and much appreciated. Thank you to everyone in a really great team. Hilary and Nicky, Vera Wilson's daughters.
