In the saddest and most stressful time I have ever experienced Lorna John and all staff at Heritage treated my daughter and I with respect, kindness and dignity. They went above and beyond to assist and navigate us through unexpected difficulties and I will be forever grateful and thankful for their support and professionalism
I would like to give a massive thank you to John and his family at heritage funeral services, they made what would normally be an anxious time more bearable as they cared for my mother in law , nothing was too much to ask and they were always there when needed, I don’t think there is a better way to send off our loved ones than with heritage , they definitely go the extra mile, thank you once again to you.
This family run business couldn’t do enough for me and my family on the loss of my mother helpful from start to finish gave my mother a beautiful heartwarming service helped me with every step compassionate and lovely family John and his daughter are beautiful people highly recommend and the lovely Lesley Johnstone whom they recommended to take my mums service in which she did me proud always remember how much they helped

From the first point of contact the service Heritage provided was second to none.We are so grateful for the dignity and respect shown to our much loved Margaret. Heritage have dealt with my dad's funeral 4 years ago and my mums funeral this month and I have to say that they are wonderful people who are a credit to their profession and I cannot praise them high enough. From start to finish everything was catered for exactly as I wanted and I will always be grateful that in my mum and dad's final moments they were treated with respect and love from this amazing family business. If you want your loved ones given the best care I highly recommend heritage funeral services. At a very difficult time as I am on my own they were there for me too and will always be in their debt. Thank you all from my parents and myself.
Thank you all at Heritage especially Lorna its a difficult enough time when you lose a loved one but they organised everything and everything is done in a lovely sympathetic manner. I honestly cant thank them enough I was really worried initially as didn't know how or what to do and they dealt with absolutely everything in such a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Will always be grateful to you for looking after us at a time we really needed somebody to look after us.
Excellent service from the moment you enter , a lovely room to sit in and go through the service you want . Patricia is exceptional in her way that you are treated and in the way your late family are treated, today the funeral service was for my late mum and the professionalism of all the staff was once again second to none thank you
